- How far is El Nido from the village?
El Nido is actually in the village of Alaro. In less than two minutes walk, you will be in the main square with cafes, restaurants and the picturesque church of Alaro.
- Do we need a car in Alaro?
To be in and around Alaro you will not need a car, actually the best way to discover the village is to stroll around the narrow streets. If you want to explore around and see other places, a car will be handy. Even though there is a train that can take you to Palma from Alaro.
- How can I get from Palma airport to Alaro?
The easiest way to get to Alaro from the airport is by taking the Ma-19 direction Palma then take the Ma-20 until exit 3 and take Ma-13 direction Alcudia, take exit 17 toward Consell/Alaro/Binissalem/Lloseta. Carry onto Alaro, after entering the village take old road to Santa Maria del Cami on your left, take second right and at the end left, carry on 30 metres and you have arrived!
- Can we rent bikes, what sort of other activities can we do?
We have partnerships with sports shops and rental companies which give you exclusive discounts on equipment rental and activities. The area is very popular for cycling and hiking. From El Nido doorsteps you can start several fantastic hiking routes. We will advise you during your stay!

You can visit the captivating city of Palma, from El Nido you will need only 20 min drive to get to the heart of Palma. Take a stroll to the picturesque villages such as Valldemossa, Soller, Fornalutx, Pollença….
Discover the crystal clear water of the many “calas” or visit the local markets, perhaps a wine tasting or take the old train to Soller…
